As Aaron Shum himself says, “By patented technique and a special diamond-setting method, the centered elevated stone is meticulously grooved below the girdle and slid into metal tracks with molten gold to firmly hold it in place.”The standard solitaire setting is commonly held by four prongs or six prongs, whereas Coronet creates a luminous solitaire effect – with only 30 points of diamonds – without central prongs to distract from its brilliance and achieve 100 percent diamond visibility.
