30 Day Return / Exchange Policy

We provide 30 day return policy from the shipment dispatch notification date and should you need to return your order for any reason, we are happy to assist you for the exchange / refund.

Non refundable Item

Please kindly note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for exchange or refund due to reasons of hygiene and safety.

How to prepare the return ?

To return an item for exchange or refund, please kindly follow the following steps:

1.      Kindly go to the Coronet Store return page and fill up the form to obtain the Return Authorization Code (RMA).

2.      Kindly specify at the details message box if this is “Return for refund” or “Return for exchange”.

3.      For the return packages, please ensure to obtain this (RMA) number.

4.      For the return article, please ensure all original packaging, document and instructions are sent along with the article. We may not able to process any return for exchange / refund unless all parts are return to us.

Return Shipping Fee / Charges

Shipping charges including special handling, and or any other related cost are non-refundable. Please do not ship return C.O.D.

For any damage products, please contact us via email at customerservice@lifestylegcc.com prior to returning the items and we will assist you to return this to us and we may reimburse you for the full or partial return shipping expenses our discretion. For any authorize return item, Coronet Store will not reimburse you for any unauthorized shipping expenses.

Once we received your return item

Once you return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow our team on business day up to 48 hours for process the receive products into the system. And failure to obtain the Return Authorization Code and the original article & the associated packaging and document may result in delay at your return case processing time.

Once the return order is enter in the system for inspection, our Quality Assurance team will make the inspection within 48 hours base on business day. And once your inspection is completed, we will notify you via email. And your return for exchange / return for refund will shortly follow by this email.
