• Fedex International Priority

Delivery cost will be base on weight and the countries where you need to be ship to. At the time of checkout, you will be advise the total delivery cost. 

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Once you place your order, in general case, we will make the dispatch on the next working day.

And once we have made the dispatched, we will always send you the order notification via email, as well as notify you the shipment details including tracking number.

please note that we always make our international shipment with insured & Fedex International Prioprity solution.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

You can always check your order status either by logging in to "my account" - "order history". 

Otherwise we will also send you the shipment notification email once your order is dispatched, and you can always refer to the shipment details link for further details.

LOCAL DELIVERIES & ARRIVAL TIME

All local (Hong Kong) orders will be shipped via Hong Kong Local Courier (SF express / Yamato).

In most of the case, local deliveries will arrive in 2-4 weeks 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES & ARRIVAL TIME

Since all of our international shipment will be shipped via Fedex International Priority solution and therefore in most of the countries, shipment shall be between  2-4 weeks . And details estimate delivery per your order will be also notify via the notification of the dispatch email.

Please kindly note that there might be cases due to uncertainty casued by customs clearance process and therefore the delivery date might be slight delay.
