In order to make any purchase order through our Site, youwill be asked to either fill up the relevant customer information (as guestcheck in) or create a membership account with us. And you will be responsible to maintain theconfidentiality of your password and login name. You may change yourpassword at any time by following instruction on the Site.

 

5.    Orders

To place an order, you will be asked to fill in therelevant information & payment details. Or if you have already registeredas a member, you will be asked to sign in and system will screen and pre-filled your account profile. Once we receive your order with paymentsettlement, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we havereceived your order (“Acknowledgement of Receipt”). Please note that this doesnot mean that your order has been accepted by this Acknowledgement of Receipt,even though the payment might have also been deducted from your account, asyour order constitutes your offer to us to buy one or more product(s) from us.All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptanceto you by sending you an e-mail to confirm that the product (s) hasbeen dispatched (the “Shipment Confirmation”).

If it is the case we need to reject your order, we willendeavor to notify you within a reasonable time. We may cancel the whole / partof your order (subject to product(s) availability). We will not charge you forthe product(s) that we might have cancelled. And in case the order payment hasalready been settled, the amount will be refunded to you. The refund will betransferred to you via the original payment gateways and associated account.

6.    Products

Availability

Allproduct(s) of your order before shipmentconfirmation are subject to availability and in this regard, in an event ofsupply difficulties or if the product(s) are no longer in stock, we willendeavor to notify you via email within a reasonable time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately aspossible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as theactual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee thatyour monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

7.     Refusal Of Order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from thiswebsite at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on thiswebsite. Whilst we will make our best efforts to always process all the orders,there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse toprocess an order after we have sent you an Acknowledgement of Receipt, which wereserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not beliable to you or any other third party by reason of our productwithdrawal from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing orediting any materials or contents on this website or for refusing to process oraccept an order after we have sent you the Acknowledgement of Receipt.

 

8.     OrderCancellation on your behalf

You may cancel your order at any time within 30 (thirtycalendar) days, as of the confirmation of the dispatch of your order. In thiscase, you shall receive the refund of the price paid for the product(s) (minusan administration fee USD$40) in accordance with our Return Policy (seebelow Clause 13). And Your right to cancel the order only applies toproduct(s) returned in the same condition as you received them. You shouldalso include all of the product(s) instructions, documents, packaging and wrappings.Any product(s) which is damaged or not in the same condition as you receivedthem will not be refunded. You should therefore take the reasonable care of theproduct(s) while they are in your possession. 9.     Delivery

Delivery will only be made to your given shipping addressand kindly note that we regret to inform you that we do not make any deliveryto PO Box addresses. By accepting our delivery service policy, you areaccepting our assigned third parties courier service / postal service team todeliver the order to your address.

Subject to the provisions of Clause 5 above, and unlessthere are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to fulfill your orderfor product(s) listed in the Shipment Confirmation with the estimate deliverydate in the Shipment Confirmation or, if no estimated delivery date isspecified, range from 15- 40 working days of the date of the ShipmentConfirmation. Reasons for delay could include: Customization of product(s);Unforeseen circumstances; Delivery / Courier Issue; Wrong information given byyou such as errors in the delivery address. If for any reason whatsoever, wecannot meet the delivery date, you will be kept informed. Thereof andoffered a choice of either continuing with the purchase by setting an extendeddelivery time or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

 

10.  Unable to deliver

If the orders are unable to deliver to you, the shipmentcourier company / postal offices will usually leave a note explaining how toget in contact with them for (if any) self pick up or new delivery arrangement.Re-delivery arrangement may subject to cases and additional administrationcharge. 11.  Fees &Charges

We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the price ofeach product(s) ordered on the site together with the associate weight andshipping fee, as well as the import taxes / duties (if any) and anyother fees and charges set out in these terms and conditions.

Price for the product(s) shown on this website are taxinclusive. Price of the product(s) are subject to change from time to time. AndPrices of the product(s) may not be the same as the prices in any of ourstores, distributors and or any third parties. Kindly note that you may becharged with a handling fee at your custom office. The price of theproduct(s) shall be the one quoted from time to time on our website, exceptwhere there is an apparent error. Whilst we take care to ensure that all pricesquoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an errorin the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon aspossible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct priceor cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated ascancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive afull refund.

We are under no obligation to sell the product(s) to youat the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a ShipmentConfirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could havereasonably been recognized by you as such.

13.  Exchange &Return Policy

General Policy

If you wish to cancel the order within the periodspecified in Clause 8, you can make a return to our office address in HongKong using the specific trackable courier service (i.e SF express, DHL,Fedex, Toll, UPS). Please kindly note using products lost in transit whilereturning will not be refunded. You should send the product(s) in the samepackage received by following “RETURNS" sectionof our website. You shall contact us by completing the web form andsubmit with the return case file number. You will be responsible for thecost of returning the product(s) (unless this is found incorrect or defected).Please kindly note that if you return the goods at our expense (prior to our agreement),we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we might incur as aresult.

 

Returns of defective products

In circumstances where you might consider that the product(s) does not conform to the order at the time of delivery, you should promptlycontact us via our Site or email us at: customerservice@lifestylegcc.com withdetails of the product(s) with photograph and its damage. Once we haveapproved your return case, we will provide you with the return shippinglabel and from there you may return the product(s) to us to our Hong Kongoffice.
